Earning ProPoints
To earn ProPoints, purchase eligible TapeTech tools from any authorized TapeTech Dealer. Only new, current TapeTech branded tools will qualify for ProPoints. Repair Parts, Parts Kits, ProService repairs and BAZOOKA Continuous Flow Pumps, Controllers, Hoses and Accessories do not qualify for ProPoints.
All eligible purchases must be registered for Warranty online within 14 days of purchase. In order for TapeTech to verify the qualifying purchase, participants must submit invoices for the purchased products.
Invoices must include model number, quantity purchased, date purchased and price paid. Purchases earn ProPoints based on the amounts listed on the website. Each tool has an assigned value on the product page
Redeeming ProPoints
When you have earned at least 1,500 ProPoints AND the points have been verified, you may visit the ProPoints Redemption page on the website at any time to redeem the points for TapeTech rewards. Rewards include TapeTech swag and products. You can redeem all or some of your ProPoints during your redemption session. However, you must always have a minimum of 1,500 ProPoints in order to activate the redemption process.
Example 1: You have a balance of 2,500 ProPoints. You visit the website and select three items that total 2,500 ProPoints for redemption, all during the same visit to the website. The three items are shipped to you and your new balance is 0 ProPoints.
Example 2: You have a balance of 2,500 ProPoints. You visit the website and select a reward that requires 1,250 ProPoints. You do not redeem any other points during this redemption session. The reward is shipped to you and you have a balance of 1,250 ProPoints. In order to redeem any of the remaining ProPoints, you will need to reach the minimum 1,500 ProPoints level again.
Example 3: You have a balance of 2,500 ProPoints. You visit the website and select a reward that requires 500 ProPoints. You do not redeem any other points during this redemption session. The reward is shipped to you and you have a balance of 2,000 ProPoints. Because you still have more than 1,500 ProPoints, you can initiate a new redemption session at any time.
Expiration of ProPoints
Unused ProPoints expire 18 months from the date of the original purchase. The expiration dates are displayed in your online Points Summary.
Shipping
Shipping of TapeTech Rewards is free.
Rewards
The available Rewards may change from time to time without notice. Current Rewards may occasionally be on back order or out of stock. TapeTech reserves the right to substitute rewards of similar value, if necessary.
